I think half the reason people check in on my blog is to see how Summit is doing. the lady from Summit's eye doctor was misinformed about him NEVER OPERATING at another location. She was wrong about him being inflexible. She was wrong to tell me to "find another doctor because there was nothing they could do about it".Wrong can be so Right. Well, for me in this case anyways. In the interest of keeping people updated on Summit, here's the latest:-His eye doctor, Dr. Brown, knew that the insurance that we had didn't cover where they operate and chose not to inform us until we had booked the surgery. we had to get Summit's eyes dilated on Wednesday so they could look at them before the surgery next month. they were able to get a good look actually somehow, it's still a miracle to me with him screaming and his eyelids inverting because he didn't want them to look at them. they think now that he'll probably have to wear glasses where before they didn't. since this is the first really good look … [Read more...]
