My ACCENT Vlog

I caved in. Why not?

If you haven’t heard (don’t feel bad, I only heard about it today too) there is this thing going around the internet called the “Accent Vlog”. Basically it’s a bunch of words and questions that really define where you are from regionally. It’s fun. I’ve never linked up to other blogs before on a topic so I’m hoping to get some feedback and just have fun with this. I’m posting the questions and words so you can follow along and hopfully do your own! If you do, send me a link, I really want to see some more of these!

If you wanted to follow along, here is the list of words/questions for The Accent Vlog: Aunt, Route, Wash, Oil, Theater, Iron, Salmon, Caramel, Fire, Water, Sure, Data, Ruin, Crayon, Toilet, New Orleans, Pecan, Both, Again, Probably, Spitting image, Alabama, Lawyer, Coupon, Mayonnaise, Syrup, Pajamas, Caught

This is neat. I never noticed it before when we have talked, but you do say words different than me. The only difference on the questions was the “bubbly carbonated drink”…it is SODA! :)

I am so glad you pronounce caramel the same way I do. Chad makes fun of the way I say it. They should have had days of the week on there. I tend to put dee on the end instead of day (thursdee).
