Identity Crisis (not really)

So, some of you rare, observant readers out there may notice I changed my signature, so to speak,(totally couldn’t resist… so sorry,) from “the Clarks” to “Heidi”. This just makes more sense to me since I do all the writings. I had this rosy sunsets and rainbows idea in the beginning that Ben and I would take turn contributing to this site, updating with similar topics in the oh-so-very different ways we have at looking at things and life… but alas, it’s not to be so. I have no real regrets, Ben is who he is and I love him the way he is, not-a-writer and all! Besides, I’m not a “the Clarks” kind of person when it’s just me, I’m still Heidi, the “Mrs.” title still gives me the heebie-jeebies for some reason. I don’t address things “Mrs. Clark” ever. Ugh, just writing that gave me a weird shiver for some reason. Some smarty-pants wanna be psycho-whatever therapist probably has a very insightful opinion on that, but whatev. I am who I am. Geez, that sounded so Old Testament God there, that’s totally not the vibe I’m trying to give off. Anyhoo, all that drama and angst to just say simply that I’m Heidi. and I’m here to stay… hoo-rah!
