He is doing great, praise God! He came out of surgery and slept in our arms for an hour, then we woke him up and he was cranky, understandably. He sounded hoarse, probably from the breathing tube, but didn't seem like he was in a lot of pain. He drank a little bit of water and they let us go home! Yay!
